At sixteen, I was struck by a drunk driver in a hit-and-run accident that forever changed my life. Through a demanding recovery, I rebuilt not only my physical abilities but also my determination, focus, and resilience — qualities that continue to define my leadership approach today. That experience sparked a lifelong commitment to helping others realize their full potential through balance, purpose, and performance.
Guided by that commitment, I’ve built a multifaceted career spanning engineering, manufacturing, education, and executive leadership — industries that demand precision, innovation, and accountability. Teaching has been especially rewarding, allowing me to help students rediscover their potential, deepen comprehension, and build confidence through structured, student-led learning.
My professional journey includes leadership roles as President, CEO, entrepreneur, educator, and implementer and advocate of integrated Quality Management Systems, including ISO 9001 and Kaizen. Founding DriveForwardToday marked a pivotal step in uniting operational discipline with human well-being to create measurable, sustainable business performance. I have led initiatives that boost efficiency, streamline processes, elevate quality standards, and enhance profitability — all through the combined power of ISO 9001 and Kaizen continuous improvement. Throughout my career, I’ve built and guided high-performing teams to push boundaries, rediscover and unlock their hidden potential, and embrace a Kaizen-driven mindset of learning, refinement, and growth every single day. As an educator, I take pride in helping individuals rediscover and expand their strengths, rebuild confidence, and cultivate the habits that drive continuous improvement both personally and professionally.
My leadership philosophy is rooted in developing creative, collaborative leaders who focus on what is right — not who is right. I work to build cultures of trust, empowerment, and continuous improvement where people feel supported to think boldly and act responsibly. True leadership isn’t about authority; it’s about inspiring inclusion, developing people, and aligning operational excellence with human potential so that results naturally follow in a healthy, high-performing environment.
